Acceptance of terms

By accessing ScriptVerse, creating an account, or uploading content, you agree to these Terms of Service, our Privacy Policy, and Community Guidelines. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Eligibility (13+)

You must be at least 13 years old to use ScriptVerse — aligned with Roblox age requirements for community features. Users under 18 should have parental permission where required by local law.

Roblox & removal requests

Roblox Corporation and other rights holders: if you want content removed from ScriptVerse, **contact us at scriptverse@mail2world.com with the script URL(s). We handle good-faith removal requests directly — no courts or formal disputes required.**

2.1

Your content & license

You retain ownership of scripts you upload. You grant ScriptVerse a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, reproduce, display, and distribute your content solely to operate the platform.

2.2

Prohibited content

Scripts and comments must not contain malware, stealers, remote access tools, scams, stolen code, or material that violates Roblox Terms of Use or applicable law in your country.

3.1

Moderation & enforcement

We may review, reject, restrict, or remove scripts and accounts that violate these Terms or applicable law. Repeat violations may result in warnings, suspension, or permanent bans.

4.1

ScriptVerse+ (SV+)

Paid subscriptions are billed as shown at checkout. Local consumer protection laws in your country may apply to digital purchases. Abuse of boosts or platform features may result in loss of access without refund where permitted by law.

Disclaimer of warranties

Scripts are provided by the community "as is" and "as available." ScriptVerse does not guarantee any script works, is safe, undetected, or permitted in every Roblox game. Use at your own risk.

5.2

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted under applicable law, ScriptVerse is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of user-generated scripts or third-party executors.

6.1
