Upload Safety

ScriptVerse is a public script hub. Automated checks help keep the site safe from NSFW listings, scam posts, and token grabbers that steal Roblox accounts. Scans run when you publish or edit a script.

Most normal Roblox scripts pass without issue. Filters target behaviour that is almost never legitimate on a script sharing site.

• loadstring — including loadstring(game:HttpGet(...))() loaders and GitHub/Pastebin sources
• HttpGet / request / syn.request — fetching your own script code or game data
• Exploit APIs — e.g. hookfunction, getrawmetatable, when used for game features (not stealing sessions)
• Discord links in descriptions — as long as the script itself is not logging cookies to a webhook

• NSFW content — adult words in title/description/tags, or NSFW hints in image URLs
• Token grabbers — code that reads .Cookie / Roblox session tokens and sends them out (Discord webhook + cookies, clipboard logging, explicit “steal cookie” wording, etc.)

Blocked uploads are not published. You will see an error on the upload page with a link back here.

Some uploads are held for a human check before they appear in browse/search. This usually means:

• Spam patterns in the title or description (too many links, scam phrases, ALL CAPS titles)
• A Discord webhook URL inside the script — staff confirms it is not exfiltrating account data

Pending is not a ban. Your script may still be approved once a mod reviews it.

We only auto-ban for repeated blocked token-grabber uploads — 2 strikes within 7 days. A single block does not ban you. Moderators and admins are never auto-banned.

Manual bans still follow warnings and the Community Guidelines.

If an account is banned, new sign-ups from the same connection or Google account may be blocked to prevent ban evasion. If you share a network with someone who was banned, you can submit a ban appeal and explain the situation.

Filters are automated and can make mistakes — especially on webhook URLs used for legit logging bots.

• Upload blocked? Edit the script to remove the flagged pattern and try again, or email scriptverse@mail2world.com with your script slug.
• Account banned? Use the ban appeal page — include what your script does and why it is safe.
• Pending too long? Staff review the mod queue regularly; nothing is deleted automatically while pending.
