Scope
This Refund Policy applies to ScriptVerse+ (SV+) — our optional paid subscription for premium creator features on ScriptVerse (larger upload limits, daily boosts, instant publish, profile extras, and Studio access). Free accounts and community scripts are not sold and are not covered by this policy.

What you are buying
SV+ is a recurring digital subscription billed monthly or yearly at the price shown at checkout. Payment is processed by our payment partner (e.g. Paddle, Lemon Squeezy, or Stripe). ScriptVerse does not store your full card number.
- Monthly: $4 USD / month (or local equivalent at checkout)
- Yearly: $36 USD / year (or local equivalent at checkout)
- Access unlocks on your ScriptVerse account after successful payment

Cancel anytime
You may cancel auto-renewal at any time from Dashboard → SV+ (or the billing link in your subscription email). When you cancel:
- SV+ stays active until the end of your current paid period
- You will not be charged again after cancellation
- No partial refunds for unused days in the current period, unless required by law or approved below

Refund eligibility
We want billing to be fair. Contact **scriptverse@mail2world.com within 14 days** of a charge if:
- You were charged twice by mistake
- SV+ did not activate on your account after payment
- There was a clear billing error (wrong amount or plan)
- You are exercising a mandatory refund right under your local consumer law (e.g. EU/EEA where applicable)

When refunds are not granted
We generally do not refund SV+ when:
- You changed your mind after using SV+ perks during the billing period
- Your account was banned or restricted for violating our Terms or Guidelines
- You forgot to cancel before renewal — cancel anytime to stop future charges; contact us if it was an accidental renewal within 48 hours
- A chargeback was filed without contacting us first

EU / EEA consumers
EU consumer rights
If you are in the European Union or EEA, you may have a 14-day right of withdrawal on digital purchases. By subscribing and receiving immediate access to SV+ digital features, you acknowledge that delivery begins right away. Mandatory local consumer laws still apply where they cannot be waived.

How to request a refund
Email **scriptverse@mail2world.com** from your ScriptVerse account email with:
- Your username and the email used at checkout
- Date and amount of the charge
- Reason for the request
- Optional: receipt or transaction ID from your payment provider

Processing time
Approved refunds are sent to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer. We will email you when a refund is issued or if we need more information.
